An extraordinary wellness retreat with @aabany at the Blue Cliff Monastery in Upstate NY. We experienced meditation in the way the community does, not just in sitting on a mat, but in everyday actions, such as walking, eating, and working. Thanks to the dean Sister Empathy and all of the nuns and monks that accompanied us. Nowhere near the 33rd chamber, but the first of many.
